Training is provided after the initial implementation of esd®. Youšll be shown and helped with every aspect of the program and will also be provided with a comprehensive manual to refer to. When new features are introduced we will notify you should you need further assistance. Also, annual follow-on training plans are developed. These follow-on sessions are usually geared toward advanced users who are ready to implement more complex aspects of the system.
Even though, in many cases, basic training can be provided by many regional BOCES centers, the esd® staff is always available to assist users at a moments notice. Experienced and certified trainers, programmers, technicians, and customer service representatives stand ready to answer questions and provide updates when needed.

Although no special hardware is required to run eSchoolData - firewalls, load-balancers, and filtering devices must be properly configured to ensure snappy response time. If you find inconsistencies in speed when running eSchoolData either from home or onsite at the school, chances are your district will benefit from a Network audit. Certified CCSI network engineers can help identify and correct bottlenecks on the LAN and WAN sides, or at the ISP.
