As Babylon approaches the end of its third year using eSchoolData, I wanted to express my appreciation to you and your associates at CCSI for your fine product and the support you have given us.

Since its inception, eSchool has dramatically changed how we manage our student information system. The system is a powerful management tool that requires relatively little effort to maintain and operate but returns an abundance of reports, organized data, and information that we use continuously. In fact, it’s impossible to imagine how we could operate effectively without the eSchoolData at our fingertips. The freedom it provides us by being a web-based system allows our staff to input data and access information from any computer in any location.

When the learning curve was at its greatest for our teachers and administrators to adopt eSchool, you and your staff were accessible and supportive. The magnitude of changing a student management system was mitigated by your highly trained and knowledgeable personnel.

One area that we have found eSchoolData to be extremely effective is in the tracking of students for state reporting who are in need of special services such as Academic Intervention and English Language Learners. It has freed our administrative staff to focus more on programmatic improvements rather than data manipulation. Your system does the work and our neediest students are identified quickly and get the services they require. Also, we need to provide our parents with report cards and progress reports eight times a year. This process has become efficient and timely.

I would welcome a call or reference check from any potential clients for eSchoolData. All school districts should have the advantage of using this system to effectively manage their student data.
